How to avoid Becoming "House Rich and Cash Poor"

To continue with my previous post, speaking on the power of an Equity Index Universal Life Insurance contract, I posted this very powerful and eye opening radio interview that was done by Christie Lynn Hodge from AM 790 in Norfolk, Va.
Christie interviewed Financial Experts and personal friends of mine, Scott Bergman and Merle Gilley on the topic of How to avoid being “House Rich and Cash Poor”.
At the beginning of the interview they focused more on the importance of separating your equity from your home to conserve it in a liquid, safe and growing atmosphere. This is all very important and if you haven’t listened to the previous audio that I posted covering this topic I want to encourage you to listen to that one later on as well to get a detailed understanding of exactly what Scott and Merle are talking about.
Scott does an excellent job in this interview explaining the details of why a properly setup Equity Index Life Insurance contract could easily be one of, if not the best investment product available to the average consumer to date!
Go ahead and listen to it now. If you want to learn more about these advanced financial strategies and your going to be in the Chicagoland area the first week of October, then I invite you to have dinner with me, on my dime at Biagio’s in the Northwest side of the city. A few of my Business Associates and I are holding 2 Dinner Seminars there, one on October 3rd at 6:30pm and the other October 5th at the same time.
If you are interested in attending go ahead and RSVP. But hurry, both events are almost full already
